From the app or the website

- Open the menu (☰) and go to Settings.
- Under Account, choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
By email
If you cannot sign in, write to privacy@deepslatenotes.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We will reply within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What is deleted
- Your account (email and password) and your profile (@username, name, bio, colour and photo).
- All your notes, checklists, labels, reminders, drawings and photos.
- The notes you shared with others stop being shared and are deleted. Notes other people shared with you stay with their owners.
- Your notifications and your list of blocked users.
Everything is deleted from our servers straight away. Copies in our providers' backups disappear when those backups expire (within a few weeks). Reports you sent about other users are kept without your name, to keep the service safe. The copy of your notes on your own devices is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.
